ByASUNTA operates as a venue connecting independent cosmetic artists, permanent makeup specialists, microblading technicians, and aesthetic practitioners ("Providers") with clients seeking beauty services ("Clients").

To access certain marketplace features or book appointments, you may create an account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal or business information.
• Providers are solely responsible for maintaining active professional licenses, health department permits, and liability insurance.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Appointments booked through ByASUNTA are subject to individual provider policies as communicated during checkout:

Payments, booking deposits, and provider payout disbursements are facilitated securely via Stripe. ByASUNTA displays transparent pricing with no hidden charges.

Clients who complete a verified appointment are eligible to post ratings, review notes, and before-and-after photos. Reviews must reflect genuine experience and comply with our anti-spam and authenticity standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByASUNTA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from professional cosmetic procedures performed by independent providers.
